The online registration form opened. The early-bird registration will close on 19 June. closed
The registration will be completed after your payment of registration fee.

*The registration fee includes lunch, conference materials, and attendance to all sessions.
We cannot divide the "registration fee" into "meeting only" or "no-lunch" etc. Thank you for your understanding.
*If you would like to register as student, please submit copy of your student ID card to AsiaFlux Secretariat (asiafluxws2019@asiaflux.net).

Payment of Registration fee:

We accept payment by credit card only. If you have any inconvenience or concern, please contact for AsiaFlux secretariat.

VISA:

If you need invitation letter and related documents to apply for your VISA, we strongly recommend you finish the registration for participation and let us know your detailed information for VISA application as soon as possible during the early registration period.

Scholarship:

AsiaFlux provides scholarship for two young scientists sponsored by National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES).
NIES will cover some expenses under the rules of NIES.
Entry condition: within 5 years of postdoctral (including a Ph.D. student), oral presentation, contribute to AsiaFlux Newsletter, except living in Japan.
Please submit following documents for application to AsiaFlux secretariat (asiafluxws2019@asiaflux.net) by 17 May 2019.
1) CV, 2) abstract, 3) pubulication list, and 4) copy of your student ID card (only Ph.D. student).
*Notification of acceptance/non-acceptance for scholarship application will be sent by 31 May.
*If you apply the scholarship, please DO NOT finish the "payment" of registration before you receive the notification of acceptance/non-acceptance for scholarship application.
